Much Ado About Shakespeare: Stage to Page Workshop

Are you intimidated by Shakespeare's plays? Do you want to love his works but don't know how to approach them? Join Brown Box Theatre Project in an engaging, exciting exploration of Shakespeare's words and worlds by examining the play Much Ado About Nothing.

Committed to curating a safe, accessible space for varying skill levels and interests, the workshop will be led by teaching artist and human who enjoys theatre, Surrey Houlker. She has worked with American Repertory Theatre, ArtsEmerson, and The Neo-Political Cowgirls in different capacities; community education and thought sharing make her happiest of all. Recent theatre credits include 'Love & Information', 'Girl in the Machine', 'Twelfth Night' (Emerson College).

This event is free and open to the public. Pre-registration is encouraged but not required and can be done so through the library's event calendar
